We collect only what we need to book your session and run your membership, we ask before we collect it, and the calorie calculator keeps nothing. This page follows Nepal’s Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018).

The Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) and its regulation, and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 for electronic records. We collect personal information only with your consent and use it only for the purpose we tell you.
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your age, height, weight, activity and goal are not sent to us, stored or logged. If you choose to email yourself the results, that email is sent from your own email app.
The booking form asks for your name, mobile number, goal and a preferred time, and records which page you came from. Nothing is sent until you press the button; it then opens WhatsApp with your message, and you choose whether to send it.
Messages pass through WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Only the front desk and your trainer read them. We never add you to a broadcast list without asking.
We send offers only if you say yes. Reply STOP at any time and we stop.
When you join we keep your name, phone, address, an emergency contact and your payment records, to run your membership and issue bills.
Weight, measurements, progress photos, injuries and your health questionnaire are collected only with your consent, used only for your training, and never shared or published without your written permission. Pregnancy information is kept with extra care.
We never use a member’s photo or name without written consent for each use (website, social media, ads), and you can withdraw it.
CCTV covers the entrance and training floor for safety. There are no cameras in toilets, showers, changing rooms or the sauna and steam rooms. Signs mark the cameras.
Under-18s (from 16) join only with a parent or guardian, who consents to their data, measurements and any photo. We never publish photos of minors.
Enquiries from people who don’t join: 12 months. Members: while you are a member, then 12 months. Bills: as long as tax law requires. CCTV: overwritten after a short period.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information and withdraw consent at any time. Ask at the desk, by phone or by email and we reply within 15 days. Under the Privacy Act you may also complain to the District Court within three months.
