Membership, freeze and refund policy

Prices

Every plan, the admission fee (NPR 1,000, once), day passes (gym day pass NPR 600, sauna and steam, non-members NPR 700, single boxing class NPR 800) and personal training are listed on the fees page, VAT included. You get a bill for every payment.

What each plan includes

Each plan’s inclusions (areas, classes, number of personal-training sessions, re-measures) are listed next to its price. Nutrition coaching is given by our nutrition coach; medical diets go to a doctor.

Payment and renewal

Pay before your membership starts. Memberships do not renew automatically; we remind you a week before the end.

Freezing your membership

Freeze for travel, exams, illness or festivals by WhatsApp message; days are added to the end of your membership.

Gym plans can be frozen for up to 30 days a year, Gym + classes for up to 45 days. A medical freeze with a doctor’s note can be longer.

Cancelling and refunds

Monthly memberships are not refundable once started; 3, 6 and 12-month memberships can be refunded for unused full months minus the admission fee, within 14 days of a written request.

If we close, move or cannot provide the service you paid for, unused months are refunded in full. Refunds are paid within 14 days by the method you paid with.

Transfers

A membership can be transferred to another person once, for free, before it starts.

Closures and holidays

Planned closures (for example during Dashain) are posted two weeks ahead, and the days are added to every active membership.

Members under 18

From 16 to 17, a parent or guardian signs, pays and consents to measurements and photos.

When we end a membership

Only for serious breaches of the rules, such as harassment or violence. Unused full months are refunded.
